管清美

  管清美,女,山东诸城人。博士,教授,博士生导师。2002年毕业于西北农林科技大学果树专业,获农学学士学位;2005年毕业于西北农林科技大学果树专业,获硕士学位;2013年毕业于美国马里兰大学植物学专业,获博士学位。2005年-2008年在蚌埠学院任助教、讲师;2013-2014年在美国马里兰大学进行博士后研究工作;2014年到西北农林科技大学园艺学院工作。入选第十一批“人才项目专家”青年人才计划、陕西省第八批“百人计划”;主持国家自然科学基金面上、优秀青年科学基金项目、中组部国家青年人才项目项目、陕西省百人、创新人才推进计划项目。

研究方向:

  苹果耐非生物逆境(干旱、低温)的分子机制;苹果基因组学;苹果基因组设计育种。

重点内容:

  针对西北地区黄土高原苹果产区所面临的非生物逆境,利用苹果基因组学、功能基因组学、分子生物学的手段解析苹果响应非生物逆境的分子机制,以此为基础改良和创制苹果抗逆新种质。
