  毛柯,男,山东泰安人。博士,助理研究员。本科及硕士(2005-2012年)就读于山东农业大学本硕连读班,2009年获园艺专业学士学位,2012年获果树学硕士学位;博士(2012-2016年)就读于北京林业大学生物学院,于2016年获林木遗传育种专业博士学位。同年7月入职西北农林科技大学园艺学院,果树逆境生物学方向。

主持项目

  主持包括国家自然科学基金项目(青年),中国博士后面上项目(一等),陕西省自然科学基础研究计划一般项目(青年),中央高校基本科研业务费等。

研究方向及重点研究内容

  研究方向主要以苹果为试材,专门从事苹果的抗旱及耐盐两方面的分子调控机制及辅助育种研究:具体包括通过高通量测序及分子生物学手段挖掘苹果抗旱耐盐的关键基因,并对相关基因的调控网络及分子机制进行深度解析,为苹果分子育种提供理论基础和基因资源;另外,针对不同抗逆性苹果砧木品种进行抗逆基因及调控机制的差异分析,并进一步根据品种差异开发可用的筛选标记,辅助苹果抗逆育种工作。
